–added condensed medium instances to writeDesignSpace-min.py –added filename attribute to script so we can build individual instances using fontmake

@davelab6 @m4rc1e If you guys are happy with these changes please accept the pull request. I still don't know why it was showing a merge conflict before, but it's resolved now.
