After discussion with @rsheeter today I'd like to request @m4rc1e make 2 new minor version releases, to make the work involved in shipping this in the GF API easier to manage.
First, one that that takes the latest release and only changes the license metadata back to Apache.
Then, another one that changes the license metadata back again to OFL; but, we should hold off on making this until we've confirmed that no other changes are going to requested. If there are, then that will be an intermediate 3rd release; essentially this OFL re-release should be the "last" of the v3.x changes made for a while :)
This will allow the VF upgrade to occur without a license change, followed by a second shipment that is purely to update the license to OFL.
