Use ufo normalizer #215

Our diffs are very messy so it may be worth us running the ufos through https://github.com/unified-font-object/ufoNormalizer after we've made changes.

This also sounds like something that could be automatically run with github actions upon each commit?

I think we'll need to address this kind of workflow thing after the v1.0 release...
