Check lowercase-to-cap kerning #308

As part of African coverage:

@moyogo tells us: Xhosa (xh) and Zulu (zu) spoken in South Africa require lowercase-to-uppercase kerning as they use lowercase prefixes at the beginning of proper nouns. This can be narrowed down to vowels aeiou for the lowercase in front of uppercase. For example “eVe” in “eVenda” should kern visually symmetrically in most designs.

If we are not already covering these combinations, we should.

Awesome! I thought we might have done InterCap kerning, it is the kind of thing I like to cover. Especially in a typeface like this which is likely to be used for logos/names of techy things that use that kind of typesetting.
