using discretionary ligatures #34

It doesn't seem to be possible to use the discretionary ligatures in Apple Pages.

In InDesign only the H ligature appears, but it doesn't have a Unicode number. The H ligature works in Pages but cannot be copied and pasted into Apple Pages.

Could you please look at this.
