Glyphs cursive connection rules are not generated #475

In the same way that implicit mark attachment rules need to be generated for anchor/_anchor pairs, a cursive positioning feature also needs to be generated for entry/exit anchor pairs. Currently there's nothing, which is surprising.

Should it use the curs feature tag or something else?
