I looked at which JIS standard it is adhering to; this typeface mixes JIS83 and JIS90 forms spontaneously, and doesn't follow the latest 2004 forms (the missing stroke is from 2004). And alternate JIS forms are not included in the font. The underlining issue is quite extensive and takes some effort to fix it.
The characters in question are not all clear, but: 屠 butcher 箸 chopsticks 賭 bet 薯 potato And you can see the changes in each JIS standard. https://www.asahi-net.or.jp/~ax2s-kmtn/ref/jisrev.html
The expectation is that a font follows a certain standard, ideally the 2004 one, and/or provide the alternative forms (there are corresponding features available for each JIS set).
Anonymous user bug report from the fonts.google.com front end:
block, butcher, chopsticks, bet, potato, store, potato, collect
Regarding these kanji radicals, they appear to be incorrect. One stroke is missing.
