Upgrade Open Match to latest version #179

We are currently running 1.6.0. Current latest is 1.7.0 we should at least be on that.

If 1.8.0 comes up between then and now, we should move to that.

We'll be releasing 1.8.0 at some point in the future, so may end up holding off on this work until that time.
