understand why the CGI masterVar files have fewer non-reference alleles than the corresponding output from cgatools mkvcf #12

I think this is due to the fact that cgatools mkvcf is using not only the masterVar data but also some additional data as input. But understand this better and describe it in the data story.

This is obsolete since we are now loading the data directly from the CGI masterVar files.
