Ensure that the Markdown, not RMarkdown, files display by default. #19

Instead of README.md the README.Rmd files are now displaying by default so readers see R code instead of plots for their first perusal of this content.

For example: https://github.com/googlegenomics/bigquery-examples/tree/master/1000genomes

I think I just need to rename all the README.Rmd files and do this at the end: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/19989325/knit-rmd-file-to-md-and-save-the-md-file-one-level-up-with-a-different-name

This change appears to have been reverted by github and the *.md files are displaying again.
