Thanks Nicole (@deflaux) for the new update. Since this dataset was published through PLOS, it might be helpful to enable some public access to it in accordance with the PLOS Data Policy. Currently when I try to look at it, it seems to give a permission error for the dataset via the following query by id:

$ java -jar genomics-tools-client-java-v1beta2.jar getdataset --dataset_id 18254571932956699773
That datasetId won't work: Permission denied; need read permissions for private dataset 18254571932956699773

Thanks, Paul

@pgrosu This is data hosted by the authors of the paper ---> they control the sharing settings. They created the process for requesting access and you can find it here http://goo.gl/MGcYJ5.

I just wanted to highlight this data so that people know that its available via Google Genomics!!!

Ah, thank you @deflaux for the clarification. I really appreciate and respect the openness in making people aware of new datasets. It will definitely keep attracting and expanding the visibility of this nice project, and the possibilities of integrated analysis across multiple datasets.

Thank you and have a great weekend! Paul

We found a Contributor License Agreement for you (the sender of this pull request), but were unable to find agreements for the commit author(s). If you authored these, maybe you used a different email address in the git commits than was used to sign the CLA (login here to double check)? If these were authored by someone else, then they will need to sign a CLA as well, and confirm that they're okay with these being contributed to Google.
