Connector is not editable when password has ampersand (&) character. Connector configuration page throws XML error. #110

Steps:

While creating instance of the SharePoint connector, enter a user having 
access to the SharePoint site and having password with Ampersand (&) 
character.
Save the connector configuration.

Obsevation:
Connector configuration gets saved, but you can not edit the connector 
configuration.
CM and Connector version 2.0 and 2.0.2.
