Display Connector information in config Page

It will be a good idea to have the following information on the 
Connector's COnfig page
- Connector Version + Patch Details: This will enable faster debugging & 
will not require client to go through the manifest to get us that
- Information on whether GSS are being used & if its reachable or not 
These parameters will ease the administration of the connector...

#1 - Connector Version + Patch Details 
This is common to all connectors and will be addressed on the GSA.

#2 - Information on whether GSS are being used & if it is reachable.
This should be rendered by the connector along with the Connector Config Form.
