Google Search Box configuration Wizard should have a tooltip to suggest user to deploy SPS_Frontend before selecting "FrontEnd" for displaying search results #142

Issue Details
==============
- Google Search Box (through its configuration wizard) gives user 
flexibility to choose between "Local stylesheet" and "GSA's Frontend" to 
display the search results.

- By default "Local stylesheet" is selected which is deployed by the GSARK 
Installer along with other Search Box components.

- But, to use "GSA's Frontend" to work correctly with Search Box, one 
needs to install SPS_Frontend(SPS_frontend.xslt) [It comes with the search 
box binaries Ref: http://code.google.com/p/google-enterprise-connector-
sharepoint/downloads/list]

- Since SPS_frontend needs to be deployed explicily be end user on GSA, 
Installer should suggest user to deploy it when he\she selects "GSA's 
Frontend" to display search results.

Also note:
- If the GSA style sheet radio button is selected and the provided stylesheet 
is not
deployed on the GSA, the "Next" or "Display omitted results" links won't work.

- It should not be a tooltip (these are used to give descriptive information of 
a
given tool/control and help the user when the title itself might not be clear 
i.e.
optional to look at), it should be an explicit note to the user indicating that 
the
selected option might not work correctly unless the said steps are performed.

- The configuration wizard should display this note, not sure if that is the 
case
with the installer.

- #3 in Amit's comment should be added to the documentation. It is currently not
clear what is expected from the user.
