GSA RKS fails to install on system without SharePoint. #143

The GSA RKS installer checks for existence of SharePoint. This prohibits
the user from installing SAML bridge only on a simple IIS server without
SharePoint. 

The checks should not be global. They should be based on components
selected for installation.

We have provided stand-alone installer for SAML Bridge at 
http://code.google.com/p/google-saml-bridge-for-windows/downloads/list
