Connector should have facility to import/export configuration. #164

Connector should have facility to import/export configuration for the following 
2 use cases:

1. If user needs to modify some advanced settings such as include/exclude 
metadata, FQDN flag or even connector logging level.
2. If developers need to reproduce customer issues using same configuration 
parameters, they can simply import the configuration at customer's end.

This should be a bug common to all connectors.

CM support is more important than connector support. The fix will be applicable 
to all conenctors and hence CM issue
