GSS.msi: Installer is not launched if the logged in user is non-admin local/domain user. #94

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.Log on to SharePoint 2007 machine using local non-admin local/domain 
user.
2. Run GSS.msi

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Installer should run successfully.

Actual result:
Installer throws following error: "The system administrator has set 
policies to prevent this installation."

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
GSS installer v2.0.0

Fixed in new Installshield based MSI Installer for the search box and other 
components. 

The logon user should be an administrator for the installer to complete all 
installation steps correctly.
