[Quick Merge] Close Dialog when new tab is opened #55

  1. Refactored from inline HTML to template HTML
  2. Dialog box automatically closes if new tab page opens (pop ups should not be blocked for this to work)
  3. Dialog box remains as it is if new page does not open (if pop ups are blocked). User can then manually open the page by clicking the URL in the dialog.
