Wrong Date in Week 2 Walkthrough #20

The billing section says interns will be unable to deploy applications after November 30, 2019. This seems wrong considering that date has passed.

I believe the date is correct; it's explaining that free deployment has been deprecated. I do agree that it's confusing, so we might want to remove it.

(I removed it for SPS, but I wasn't sure how y'all were handling this for STEP so I left it alone in this repo.)

Ah, I think just clarifying the text should be sufficient. Thanks for the explanation.
