Issue with text recognition of visa platinum card number #348

Hello all. I am using ocr to text recognition. So detector cannot recognize platinum card numbers like in photo. What kind of problem that can be?

OCR in mobile vision does not detect embossed fonts like you have mentioned above. It is designed to read text like cards.

I'm honestly wondering why you want to detect that kind of text.... cause stuff like that you don't really want to "scan" in the first place... anyway as the person above me, embossed fonts don't really work, as well as reflective surfaces, OCR is meant for things like books and signs after all
