Google sigin in :: gives error code 12501 if adding new account to signin #521

It can be reproduced in several devices. Steps to reproduce:

  1. show google signin dialog
  2. choose to add a new account which has never been added to this device
  3. successfully added, but returns 12501

Note that the signin dialog will show the new account next time, and signin successfully
