What's your feature request? Please describe. Can we have a bundled version of document scanner that will work without Google Play Services ?

Mobile environment Android

Additional context Some of the users might not have the latest Google Play Services or even not have it at all. For this it would be great to ship the app with the Document Scanner bundled in the app. https://github.com/WebsiteBeaver/react-native-document-scanner-plugin/issues/115#issuecomment-2059199627

Thanks for waiting on this. Unfortunately this is not in our priority list for Q4 2024.

We have decided to prioritize certain urgent quality improvements and bugfixes in the platform document scanner.

Will update this issue if this gets prioritized in Q1 2025.
