Saved servers don't use SSL flag #11

Reported on IRC:

User selects SSL in saved servers list and this flag is not used. Need to fix. 
(and need to verify)

I have no problems, and I just worked the servers code and everything appears 
a-okay. There was an odd server issue that popped up intermittently that is now 
fixed, it isn't related to SSL though. Reporter may have been mistaken. 
Changing to 'WontFix' unless more information can be given.
