Add Cardboard setup splash screen in Unity #275

The old SDK had a native help splash screen that could be loaded when entering VR. This was useful to new Cardboard users as could show that simple animation on how to rotate the smartphone and insert it into the Cardboard.

Is this no longer available? Have I missed something?

Thank you for requesting this feature. The Cardboard SDK currently doesn’t have a built-in tutorial animation. We'll put it in the backlog of features to consider on our roadmap.
