It appears in the latest release (1.120.0) you can only pan the GVRPanoramaView horizontally, but you cannot use your finger to pan vertically. This unfortunately restricts users to holding devices above their heads 😂 (actual reports from users). I saw earlier issues that mention that this would be fixed in a future release. Maybe this has regressed?
