fix: slides_create_image URL #56

Removes discouraged getOAuthToken method from slides_create_image snippet.

It looks like the Travis failure is unrelated:

/home/travis/build/gsuitedevs/php-samples/drive/snippets/tests/DriveSnippetsTest.php:113

I'd still want to have this PR merged and that unrelated issue fixed asynchronously.
