Hey I actually figured it out. All you do is type in your hostname and token in.
e.g. Host Name: xxxxxx.mooo.com,<token>

I entered the hostname and the token comma seperated in the first
hostname-field, due the string limitation in the textbox of 48 chars, I edited
it in Firebug to contain more characters and press the 'Apply' button. - IP

The "Host Name" field format: <hostname>,<token> worked on frimware version
3.0.3.4-048 but not on newer firmware :-(

I don't know if this is still an issue for people, but for me the following
settings worked on firmware 3.4.3.6-064:
host name: the name of your url (bla.ignorelist.com)
user name: your username
password: your freedns password
