WIFI not Detected

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set Wifi 2.4Ghzto WPA2-Personal
2. Try to connect via various computers

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The wifi connection is visible by my windows7 machine and by an android 4.0 
device but not visible form my netbook running latest version of Ubuntu and by 
another android device running android 2.3

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firmware 3.0.2.6-018

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.

Wireless log is as follows : 

MAC (AP Main)   : CC:60:00:94:B8:70
Operation Mode  : AP
HT PHY Mode : 11b/g/n
Channel Main    : 13

AP Main Stations List

Your problem is probably with the region of the channels... the default option 
is Europe and probably your netbook cannot access channel 13, since it is only 
used in Europe. It happened with my PS3... change the channel region to US.
