refactor: Extract common theme elements #77

Make Alpha more approachable for theming by pulling out things like the header out to a common module that themes can use. alpha.themes.common, for example.

can you give a concrete example? the entire dashboard theme is 100 lines, it doesn't seem that intimidating to me. i also wrote it so i guess i'm a bit blind to what the 'new user' experience is like.
