Temporary bans from Goonhub show on Discord as Until Appeal #57

Setting half a week on a ban and not ticking require appeal on a ban it showed as an until appeal in Discord. The duration is set correctly it's just incorrect on the Discord message.

This is technically a medass issue, as the route that receives the ban added event needs to be updated to handle the newer "requires_appeal" field.
