RY-05: adds the ability for mobs to instantly replace sim tiles #195

  1. In one hand, hold a crowbar and in the other the tile of your choice

  2. use the tile on any flooring whose tiling can be replaced while holding the crowbar in your offhand

  3. replace the entire station with butt tiles in seconds
