Description

During radstorms the radio stations broadcast radio on nadir appears on top of the glowy radstorm layer

Steps to reproduce

  1. Exist on Nadir
  2. Radstorm happens
  3. Go to radio station
  4. Observe broadcast radio

Expected Behavior

Appear under the layer
