Pancakes/Custard Makable with Empty Milk Bottle #19219

Description

You can make recipes in the mixer that require milk with just the bottle, regardless of whether it has milk or not.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Make recipe pancake batter or custard with empty milk bottle
  2. you get the thing despite having NO MILK (oops)
  3. enjoy your lactose-intolerant pancakes or custard illegally

Expected Behavior

You should not be able to make these recipes without the proper reagents. Honestly it'd be ideal if we didn't even check for the goofy bottle specifically and just accepted any container, but that's beyond the scope of this issue a bit

Additional Information & Screenshots

I did not test butt-er which also requires a milk bottle. It probably also has this issue. #6767 said to bring up any other recipes that have this issue and here I am 2 and a half years later doing that cuz I found these

Already repeat that no matter of agent in there it still can produce cream. But not sure it a bug because it only detect the specific stuff like milk bottle only.so I think it intentionally.
