Description

Latex gloves stop you from cleaning yourself at all

Steps to reproduce

  1. Wear latex gloves
  2. Try to shower, bathe in a puddle, etc
  3. Remain dirty

Expected Behavior

To become at least somewhat clean even with latex gloves on

Unable to replicate unless I have some other piece of clothing on with 10% chemprot or more. The only ways to fix this are to either nerf the gloves' chemprot down from 15% to something more reasonable, or to make the cleaning only key off of chemprot from certain slots... But, nerfing latex gloves is a little out of scope, and I think the PR is better if it takes into account chemprot from all sources.
