Receive AIS data with an SDR dongle and process it to determine the locations of nearby ships.

Looks like we're going to get a dAISy for free -- this should now be integrating that device.

Confirm that we have a dAISy. There isn't space for it in the current dry box, so implementation will have to wait for the hardware roll.

The new hardware roll is in progress, so we just have to hook this up and fire up gpsd to see if it's working.

GPSd works correctly with the dAISy. However, we do not currently have a spare USB port and my attempt to hook both it and the wifi dongle up through a hub failed. This is going to have to wait for the Beaglebone Blue.
