Webservice/ieeggetblock inserting false NaNs #411

Create job for ieeg2edf tool
Get 2 blocks of raw data, 15 seconds each

From MATLAB, ieeggetblock gapStart/End is inserting NaNs @ data samples 
2500,5000,... (related to MEF block boundaries).  They're not displayed as such 
in Portal dygraph. I verified the header of MEF file does not contain gaps at 
such pts. The true big gap starts at time ~15.7 sec.

May be related to the 499.906994 vs. 500Hz sampling rate discrepancy.
(But also keep in mind this study005 MEF has malformed discont flags/uUTC 
regressions but they may come later in the recording.)

Has this been confirmed on more than one study?

Have you tried it deeper into the study, say after the 1st annotation when the 
recording really gets going?

I wasn't aware that the MEF header contains gap information - where is this 
info?

Yes-study 006 confirmed by downloading raw csv.

Yes - went deeper into Study 005 confirmed by downloading raw csv.
