Shades of Multitabs are reversed in Search dialog #439

Both QA & Prod: the first shock of confusion a user receives when searching for
a study or experiment the 1st time is that the shades of the multitabs are
reversed, i.e., the active tab is shown as dark while the inactive one as
light. Thus, the user's eye is attracted to the light-shaded tab thinking that
that one is active, when it's not.

Now I just noticed that this reverse-shade scheme is also the case on ALL
console tabs. I think it's a universal UI (& neurocognition) principle that
shaded stuff goes in the background while highlighted means foreground.

The shade is OK for highlighting the Channels/Filters/... *buttons* as happens
now. The psychological problem occurs for the tabs.
