Eliminate need for "too much data requested" error #441

1. Open mouse data I007_A0002_D001
2. Select 500 sec display
3. Page forward
 .. it returns the attached nag.

How come viewer is able to present the 1st 500 sec page, but not the 2nd? 
Should probably auto-undersample or do something to prevent this message.

We see how this can be frustrating, and we'd like to find a better way to 
handle it, but this message is really a step forward. Your request would have 
crashed the server in previous versions of the portal. Now the server protects 
itself and displays this message so that the user knows what is going on and 
can reduce the page size.

We also see that the displayed message is not correct from the user's point of 
view. We will correct this.
