Add viewer "Play" functionality (and "Stop") #444

Most EEG viewers have a "Play" button with which pages automatically advance in 
the desired direction after every so often (and "Stop" or pause). This is 
necessary to be able to review long records while chowing down Chinese food 
with both your hands, without having to click on the keyboard to see the next 
page.

I realize this can be tricky in an AJAX EEG viewer given the variable network 
latencies, but even a slow or variable interpage frequency would be useful.
