A user does not see any projects if the dataset permissions in some project are not correct #463

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in with regular user
2. Create new project, pick unique name

- Project shows up, everything seems fine

3. Log out, and log back in

- Project is gone, was not saved.

* If you add projects as an admin, it works correctly.

Recent studies is also not saved --> Workspace probably not saved for
non-admins.

EEGServiceImpl.getProjectsForUser(...) blows up when it encounters a dataset
the user cannot read. Which means that the user does not see any of his or her
projects.
