Demo site #1

The demo site http://gooy.github.io/aurelia-markdown isn't working. I'd love to see this in action. Would you mind to set it up again?

@gooy / @Aaike if you create the branch gh-pages i'll make a PR

i didn't build the demo site yet, it should get built, bundled, and added as a subdirectory.

I have created the gh-pages branch , feel free to submit a PR. However I will be updating this library pretty soon.

It needs to be updated to use the latest Aurelia components.

@igitur in the meantime you could look at http://gooy.github.io/aurelia-animator-velocity The documentation on that page is created with this plugin.
