Can't install using 'jspm install gooy/aurelia-smooth-scroll'

I was not able to install this plugin using the command:

jspm install gooy/aurelia-smooth-scroll

Try installing with jspm install aurelia-smooth-scroll=github:gooy/aurelia-smooth-scroll
