Offline Orders in ResellerAPI do not return Commitment Interval #327

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the following code that queries the Google Reseller API
       service.subscriptions().list(
        maxResults=100, fields="nextPageToken,subscriptions(creationTime,customerId,plan(commitmentInterval,planName),renewalSettings,seats,skuId)").execute()
2. Loop through to find a customer that has an Offline Order
3. The commitment interval will be present for all other types of orders but 
not Offline orders.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

This query should yield the same result as the API playground which contains 
the commitment interval. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Mac, python 2.7, Google App Engine.
