Address issues for when client is currently not along a tunnel route

Need to path client to nearest tunnel node/entrance depending on whether they're in a building or outside
Google Maps API for pathing outside of tunnel
BBox can be used to optimize the process by incrementally searching for a tunnel node until one is found; avoids searching entire map
