What version of Gophish are you using?: 0.11.0

Brief description of the issue: I am trying to send a test email from the test campaign. It is giving me an error.

What are you expecting to see happen? : I am expecting to see a "send test email successfully"

What are you seeing happen? " Max connection attempts exceeded - 504 5.7.4 Unrecognized authentication type"

Please provide as many steps as you can to reproduce the problem: **Step 1 - went to campaigns and click on new campaigns, filled out the information like

• name, email template, landing pages, URL, launch date, sending profiles and groups.
• Step 2 - After filling this out, I went to send test email, and filled out all the information.
• Step 3 - After clicked on send, it gave the error message " Max connection attempts exceeded - 504 5.7.4 Unrecognized authentication type**
