I'm not entirely sure what's going wrong, but I can tell you that following this guide is a useful way to setup a send only SMTP server for gophish:

update: i just changed to another service since postfix is impossible to be fixed. And i deleted the issue since it has nothing to do with gophish itself. Still thanks!
