Issue with Gophish Campaign Tracking - Emails Opened or Clicked Not Showing

Hi Team,

I wanted to update you regarding the issue we've been facing with Gophish. We've checked multiple times, and while Gophish is showing that emails have been successfully sent, it is not reflecting any "opened" or "clicked" status in the campaign dashboard.

To troubleshoot the issue, I have manually added the tracking image into the email template. However, we are still not seeing any updates for opened or clicked emails.

Please help us to resolve the issue.
