Changes include:

spx: support center point (of sprite) instead of top-left point as the reference point for position & heading

In the future, we may allow the user to customize reference point for each sprite individually.
builder (spx-gui):
- update autoFit of model Sprite
- update konva2Spx & spx2Konva in stage-viewer/SpriteItem
