!PR Camera action pairing remote mode not working on Hero 7 black #803

Hi, I found an issue with the !PR command.

When scanning a QR code of the !PR command, my camera (gopro hero 7 black, labs firmware v1.90.71) instead of getting into remote pairing mode, switches to photo mode and takes a photo. mV!PR doesn´t work either, it switches constantly between photo mode-take photo-video mode. Has anyone encountered this issue?

qrlog.txt only shows the same message over and over: [2024-03-07 23:53:27 82% 49c] Read QR:!PR

Need a newer camera for that command.

Hi, thank you for your fast response. Understood, I too the !PR command from the GitHub pages and didn't notice it works starting on the Hero 10.

Is there any other way to put the camera in remote pairing mode (without access to touchscreen)? I tested !PA to pair with the app and it works but from the app I cannot go into remote pairing either.

I don't know, maybe you can start remote pairing with the Quik App.
