Update README.md for Video and Looping Preset Command settings #822

Using my GoPro Hero 11, v2.30.70 firmware, I have tested and documented Video and Looping preset commands mV and mVL

Both mV and mVL settings behave differently, not sure if intentional or a bug. mV accepts one or two digits (ie: mV, mV0, mV00 are all valid) and modifies the appropriate default or custom preset (ie: mV12 modifies the 7th custom preset) But.. mVL only modifies the last custom looping preset entered even if the command is followed by 1 or 2 digits as in mV.

Please review, and see if it applies also to the new GoPro Hero 12 (I dont have that one to test with). GP12 also has custom named presets which I don't go into.

Hi David - thanks very much for the feedback and differences between the 11 and 12, and potentially the 13, and the desire to keep everything generic. Makes sense. It's amazing the work you have done on Labs, and for me it's the most exciting thing about the camera. I'll close this for now, make the generic changes on my Labs branch, and then submit a pull request at a later time. Thanks!!
